Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:
The unboxing video is missing, unclear, or edited.
The complaint is raised after 48 hours.
The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
The original tags or invoice are missing.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
If you cancel an order after dispatch, you will be charged:
Actual shipping charges, or

The balance (if any) will be refunded as per the refund process.
π Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or clearance items.
